Animal Encounter @ Baluarte Zoo: A zoo located at Salindeg were you can see varieties of animals like tigers, elks, deer, ostriches, camels, and many more. The owner of this zoo is the former Ilocos Sur Governor Chavit Singson.

I must say, I think this is a very big opportunity for us to visit one of the fortress of Vigan City. Upon our arrival in Santa, Ilocos Sur, we went straight ahead in Baluarte. There were actually hundreds of animals in this zoo. At first I thought there were just few.
